TFP International still have not recieved my ink cartridge, has been alnost 3 weeks, no response to emails, can't find a phone number to call! Internet

I wish would have read all the bad things about this company, i still have not received my ink cartridge, it has been almost 3 weeks, of course they already took my money out of my account. how can i get my money back? how can i become a part of suing this company. i Hate unethical company's. i am a small business owner, and i know how to treat a client, and this is not it!
