T&G ENTERPRISES DALTON,GA i signed a lease to puchase a property from t&g enterprises that proved to be unfit an have not been able to get it fixed. dalton, Georgia

I leased to purchase a home with T&G Enterprises in June 2009.that later proved to be unfit.there were mushrooms growing in the carpets,the roof has leaked since i have moved in,ive tried to get them to repair the place. they sent out some workers in September that did not only not do the job but made it worse.

when the repair men first came out there was only minor roof leakage over the furnace,back bedroom an hallway door;that caused mold and mushrooms to grow.the bathroom sink leaked and there were holes hidden under new carpet in the hallway and bathroom.

after the repair men left they had not fixed the leaks,left the bar top as an open wall, more holes in the floor.more leaks in the roof,did not replace all the bad floor.linoleum not stuck down.they put commercial carpet throughout the house an not stuck to the floor.and their paint job was horrible.

i have tried to get them to finish an fix the place since the repair men stopped coming in November.after bugging them by calls an going to the office many times they finally came out to look at it an have said many times since January they would have someone else come out but still fail to do so.then the furnace went out an i have not been able to get them to fix it they say i have to since im buying the place.
