TGT Companies Inc., Heidi Drwal EXTREME MOTOR SALES - SCAM - THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND STOPPED ANSWERING MY EMAILS Apopka Florida

I ordered five Phoenix 125cc motorcycles from extrememotorsales.com and after i sent the money ($7750), they stopped returning my emails.

The first time i contacted extrememotorsales.com was on the 22nd of March 2008 through a live chat that they have on the website, i talked to a lady named Heidi Drwal asking if they had these motorcycles in stock, she said that they were out and that she wanted my email so that she could contact me when they got the bikes. I gave her my email & a few days later on the 25th of March i got an email from her saying that they had 29 of the bikes in stock and let must her know if i was interested.

Well i sent her back an email asking how much would 7-8 of the bikes cost, because the other bikes were for my friends, one of them for myself, so everyone just ordered through me, so i was the main contact for my friends. She replied back with the price for $1450 per bike and we emailed each other back & forward about different stuff for the bikes like accessories and the dimensions of the crate that they would be shipped in.

Now when it came down to when i was ready to order, it was only for five bikes because some of my friends didn't want to get the bikes again. I asked her for the company's bank info so i could wire the money to them, she sent it to me & on April 4th I wired some of the money to them & on April 7th i sent the rest through Western Union. So i explained to her the situation of the guys not wanting the bikes again & she said that because it was now only five bikes they would have to charge an extra $100 per bike for shipping because she gave me a quote of $1450 per bike for 7-8 bikes. No problem. So i told her that i would send the $500 through Western Union & i asked how long would they take to ship to the address that i gave them, i sent that on the 10th of April.

She replied back to me on the same day saying that she had yet to pick up the first money order from Western Union & i must send her the two transaction numbers. I sent them to her & i didn't hear anything from her until i sent an email asking for the invoices on the 15th of April, she replied back to me saying that she sent them on the 11th of April, I DID NOT RECEIVED THIS EMAIL THAT SHE CLAIMED SHE SENT TO ME. So she said she would send them again, i still got nothing and i emailed her and another email for the company (help@Extrememotorsales.com) back on the 16th of April telling them i never got the invoices.

The 17th of April was the last time i heard anything from her, she asked me for a different email so she could send me the invoices, i gave her another one of my email addresses and even a fax number, up to now i still can't find out what is going on. I sent her three different emails on this same day saying that i still have not received the invoices, still no reply. The last email i sent was on the 18th of April, again still no reply. I really don't know what to do as i am in the Cayman Islands & i can't leave here right now to go up there to see them in person.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

I don't know how they are still running after all the complaints i have read up on and if i had known any better i would have searched up on the company before even thinking about purchasing anything from them but their website looked legit & they were so helpful when ordering but when they got that money it's like they vanished. There is never no one available to chat to on their website & i am not getting any emails and i find that quite strange. Hopefully i will hear something from them this week but to any body else considering buying from them just be careful.
