ThcTrust.org TexMason as identified on youtube, is a rippoff, or shall I say appears to be educating unsuspecting customers on two topics. One is mortgage foreclosure assistance and the other is the 'Master File Access'. (BS, if he had this done and complete, do you r credit repair, foreclosure assistance, mortgage fraud, master file access, educational material unknown unknown

TexMason produces youtube's for 'educational and instructional' purposes. Beware, while he has a website set up, access to it or anything on it requires a membership. This membership is platformed based, which means the more info you need the more the membership becomes. You are instructed to signup and agree to a monthly reoccuring fee to access the material.

I originally was hesitant but also some what desperate for anything that could help me in a foreclosure/mortgage fraud case I was dealing with. I went into his site twice over approximately 9-10 months, yes, thats right only twice and yet everymonth, TexMason collected $24 per... when I realized I could do better elsewhere, however, I left the reoccuring payments, just incase I was wrong. Months went by and I determined I needed to reexamine my monthly reoccuring fees and I began a process to cut back on the monthly outlay and ThcTrust.org was one of them. I politely emailed TexMason a Notice of Cancelation and he responded with 'no problem', then sent me another email, which I did not see until three months later, that the responsibility was on me to CANCEL with paypal. Thats like calling a credit card company and canceling your card, and they say its your responsibilty to call everyone you do business with and cancel the card and until you do that the card is still accessable to anyone who uses it...it doesnt make sense.

When I discovered that it was not canceled, three months later, he instructed me via email to simply file a dispute thru paypal and he would refund the $72 back to me. I called paypal and did that, then paypal informed me I had filled out the wrong dispute 'type', then I had to call four more times to paypal, again, because TexMason would not agree to the 'TYPE' of dispute paypal was reporting from me...services not rendered. I have made five total seperate calls to Paypal and they agreed this was mixed up and unfair to me as a customer.

Today, I received a response email from TexMason, who seems to have a different tune, or amnesia, or simple greed, now he says He does not owe me the money. I disagree. You can draw your own conclusions, but I say BUYER BEWARE.
