i ordered from this company that stated it would take 7-10 days for the handbag i ordered. two weeks later i sent an e-mail stating i was patiently waiting. the reply was it would be mailed out in 3 days (another 7-10 days to ship) so i called and asked about the purse and the lady stated i would have to send an e-mail. why give the customers the phone number then?
i sent the e-mail stating it was a gift and i needed it a.s.a.p. and asked could they overnight it, only to receive a RUDE e-mail in return. the e-mail said they would overnight it 3 days after the extra 3 days they told me in the e-mail. i called again the lady said maybe it was out of stock and i replyed with if that were the case i should have gotten an e-mail.
well this is the day after all of this it was suppose to arrive and i checked my e-mails and they sent one asking what i ordered.
in one of the e-mails i sent it stated what the item was. so i CALLED AGAIN!!!! the women was rude and i said it was being shipped. i want my money back, they will not get anymore of my money BEWARE...........

This report is a terrible lie, I have been with this company 3 yrs and they only been in business 3 1/2 yrs. and do not understand how you people are allowed to post such lies on a company. I'm very much aware of your situation and you have totally lied about everything. You were wanting something for nothing. and because you could not get it you have visiously lied on the 2 bagladies. Please keep in mind that people like you do not get away with lies such nasty gossip.
