I responded to an ad placed in Craigs List by Mr. Lamont Andrews. He
( Lamont Jr ) responded at first and tried selling me the credit repair service he advertised. After asking him some questions about where the headquarters of the company was and the price of his service and who actually did the work... he stated that the headquarters were located in Maine, he got really nervous at this point and diverted the question. I told him I was going to do more looking and would call him back. I got off the phone and did a search online and found the REAL company he said he was representing. After talking to the President & CEO of this company ( TFC 2009 ) I offered to do a three way call back to Lamont Andrews. (The President of this company told me he ( Lamont Andrews ) had been terminated as an agent back in January of this year and was illegally scamming people telling them he owned the company now and he would be providing the credit repair). We called Lamont and he quickly tried to get off the phone.......they will not call me back so I have started doing my own investigation and have confirmed that what the REAL company said to me is true. Lamont Andrews was terminated in January of 2009, he has 2 websites up at www.thefulfillmentcenter.us and www.thefulfillmentcenteraz.net. Both sites say that he represents the REAL company. I just checked and saw that he has changed the wording on his website as of today.......BEWARE he will be back and I will find him......it is people like him that prey on the weak and depressed!

Great Company and it does work

About 5 years ago I tried to purchase a house and my credit was too poor so my realtor suggested contacting Lamont Andrews.

Before he started on my credit my score was around 500 after it was around 640!!!

After going through his program I was able to purchase my house.

There will always be people who are overly suspicious but I can tell you first hand it works.

Now I need credit repair again because I lost my job and I am doing business with Lamont AGAIN and would recommend him to anyone.

I trust in his abilities and service 100% and he didnt ask me to write this or even knows that Im writing it, I am just doing it so that everyone out there knows they can trust him.

WOW.....you obviously don't watch much television Lamont. My Credit Educational Series is being accredited, my daily newsletter "TheCreditBluePrint" has been rated the best education available for those wanting to know all there is about the Credit System. My 12 year old "proven" dispute system you all got your education from......is still the ONLY real Section 609 dispute system in America.....and it is FREE! Yes....I said FREE. You are getting your pitch lines from Darren's complaint talking about Customer Service. I have the best Customer Service in the industry. Look online for the complaints Lamont. 9....and three of them are you and your son and the one client you put through your system. I believed in your "Jesus" talk when I first met you....and the "God bless you my son"s" one too many times before the knife went in my back.....now you can write your vile on a website that means absolutely nothing to try and get back at me for exposing you??

I  have over 3500 customers in the valley Lamont. I may ask that some of them come and visit you with their own testimonials of what really happened for them since finding my company...in fact I think I will send out a general email request that they do just that. I guess Mr McInnis has a lot of time on his hands these days since his 'efforts' seem to be targetting people personally in order to compensate for his lack of new business. It appears that he found out just how much more effective our program is so he actually moved to Chandler, AZ in an attempt to find out why our program is sooooo much more effective than his program (tip: Bruce, it's called "SERVICE"... When Mr McInnis attacks me, Darren Peck and Mark Serebrin, it is designed to take the spotlight off of his company's inability to perform. (Maybe tfc2011.com needs some viagra) But seriously, I had decided to not even address this insanity being portrayed on this site but felt it necessary due to calls from clients who convinced me to do it. I do not know who Mark Serebrin is but I was the one who actually brought Darren Peck into The Fulfillment Center back in early 2008 and when I decided that the company no longer represented the values that I 'thought' it did, I left and for a year Mr McInnis attempted to persuade me to continue selling for him. Ironically, Darren Peck became Bruce McInnis' new "National Marketing Director" until Mr Peck had served his purpose and Bruce screwed him too. Darren called me recently to let me know that Bruce had attempted to take all of the reps that Darren had recruited and that Bruce owes him a LOT of money but refuses to pay him what is owed and he did to another company in California that 'trusted' him, FICO Boost.

What really is sad is that the narcisist that he is actually (or 'probably' actually) believes that he "OWNS" a point of law(the Fair Credit Reporting Act) that was enactedby the United States Congress to protect comsumers by establishing guidelines within which the the credit bureaus must operate and adhere to. When he says "the hihest form of flattery is when someone copies you" or "everyone wants to tackle the 'big' guy", that is really a form of "overcompensating" for the inadequacy of his own business. We still get calls at least once or twice per week from clients who are looking for The Fulfillment Center because our telephone number is still the same as it has been for the last ten years here in Arizona so our clients can call us directly for the help and support that others can't or won't provide. And I put our success rate of 88-90% up against ANY other company in the United States.  I really hope that Mr Innis will get a life and work as hard on building his own business as he does attempting to "smear" others... Lamont Andrews Sr & Jr - Setting the record straight!

They say the highest form of flattery is when someone mimics or copies you. Well....consider me flattered. Everyone wants to tackle the big guy.....to have what he created.....and have the stellar reputation that he has had for 12 years now. I am once again responding to blasphemy from Lamont Andrews, Darren Peck, Mark Serebrin and others who assume they can waltz in.......represent what I have built.....and steal both the Section 609 system and my Credit Educational Series. I would love to stand toe to toe with any of these guys and be grilled on the credit system.....and all of the facts researched in my eBook. They couldn't do it......they were constantly calling me asking the same repetitive questions....even after 3 years with me. Greed does weird things to people.....even good people.



Now.....anyone who has a legitimate complaint....let them step forward and contact me.....like anyone else can do......and I will always make what has happened to them...right. These three individuals named above have taken my dispute process.....sold it to new customers as though they were the ones who ever processed a single dispute. They haven't processed anything. I have to say this to anyone researching LaMont Andrews for his credit services-

First of all... the only reason that I am even writting this is because it seems like one of my clients... which I referred to use LaMont Andrews Jr.... was acually veered away from using the service due to a completely BS post from Kelvin or Bruce or whomever.

I am very upset because now that person whom I referred is suspicious of MY advise to them since I referred them to Lamont as I do always. 

These are the numbers people- I refer about 10 or so clients to them a month and the files always come back just as I am told with the bad stuff off/doesnt come back on in 30/the credit isnt gone for a few hrs and then back on. It is taken off by law which they explain to everyone.  Very simple!  So I have seen their work with different scenereos.  Comes back that way like clockwork for about the last 15 months we have been using them.  There is no question about it.

Now I will also say, I didn't completely like 'Lamont Jr' as I enjoyed Lamont Sr and the first time we spoke because JR came off as arrogant and I was sort of wery... maybe from past experiences but still went with him.

That sort of personality difference doesnt matter to me.  What matters is that the job gets done the right way in a short enough time frame which no one could frickin do.  And when I say no one, I mean I myself have tried to have credit removed for clients; hired some of the big companies which treated me like a number; no one so it is just out of frustration that I give my account after reading nonsense about a legit company.  

I probably would not have worked with lamont jr. and their company if it were easy to find a company that can acually get the d**n job done. The only reason I called lamont jr back was because he was at the time seemed like he was about his business which I have to say, give it to the man. 

So, I really hope this carries some substance for anyone looking to have bad credit removed.  It can be done but it is very difficult to find a good source.  The purpose of my post is to let people know to do your own research before working with anyone.  Usually, not always, when someone is trying to rip you off, they will request payment of a service in a way that is not traced back to them.  Not the case here. Dont just believe me or anyone for that matter without first seeing what it is all about. I am not a message board kind of person but I was just sort of shocked when I read the first post claiming the credit program he offers is not real/scam/fake/'only time can remove bad credit'.  I just feel the need just like some other people have done to give my account. (dont think its nessesary but feel the need to) because "LaMont Sr" has a huge heart and Im sure anyone that has had contact with him knows that.   

P.S.

Now I have never had dealings with kelvin/bruce but I can say that it seems like a weak attempt in their part to say such ficticious things and there is nothing illegal going on in Lamonts office.

Asking for Credit Card Over the Phone

Then why does Lamont insist you give him your credit card information "before" and "without" submitting and signing a contract with you that stipulates the exact charge, length of the program, and the services he/they will be providing?

Anyone who asks for credit card info over the phone without putting everything in writing first automatically casts suspicion on himself/herself.

What people will do for Greed!

After researching the Fulfillment Center, I came across the Ripoff Report, which was apparently filed by Mr. Bruce McInnis or someone he put up to doing his dirty work for him. I pride myself on being a consumer advocate, so after reading the report and Mr. Andrew's rebuttal, I decided to contact Mr. Andrews.

In speaking with Mr. Andrews, I found :

(1) He is very knowledgeable and professional

(2) provides excellent customer service and is very people oriented

(3) And is willing to stand up for what he believes in and that's helping consumer's enforce their consumer rights!

(4) He even goes a step further than most companies, who only remove negative tradelines, he teaches clients how to improve and increase their credit scores. (truthfully speaking, if a company is only removing negative tradelines and is doing nothing to teach you or help you increase your credit score, they are really hurting you!)

Overall, I was very impressed. I am of the opinion that the original ripoff report filed against Mr. Andrews is a poor and tired attempt by Mr. Bruce McInnis to attempt to hinder Mr. Andrew's success! People before you jump to conclusions...at least take the time like I did to contact Mr. Andrews. I think after speaking with him, you too will be impressed. It is very hard to find Credit Restoration Companies that are truly in the business of helping consumers. I urge you not to allow one man's GREED and EGO keep your from allowing Mr. Andrews from assisting you with your Credit Restoration needs.

Comment on TFC and Lamont Andrews

I have had dealings with both Bruce McGinnis  TFC and Mr Lamont Andrews, Jr and Sr.

In my opinion Mr. Andrews Jr and Sr have both been upfront, straightforward and informative.  I was never given hype and was made to understand the process I would go through. I have always been able to reach them and had  my questions answered.

I've learned  more in 2 months from these 2 gentlemen than in my entire lifetime trying to get a grasped on the ever changing rules and laws.

Mr. McGinnis however I do not totally trust. He appeared to me to be on some type of ego trip. He mentioned several times about attempting to sue people for using his system.  I have news for  him, its not his system. the laws are put in place for everyone to use and to understand.

All I know is Mr Andrews has been working with me and helping to ensure my credit profile is up to date and accurate within the confines of the law.

It is untrue that only time can take care of your credit issues.  That is what the bureaus want you to believe.  However, there is no  magic wand that can be waived and Mr. Andrews made sure I understood that before we entered into any type of agreement.

Thank you Mr Andrews.  It is a pleasure working with you and your son.

If anyone would like speak with me as a reference  for Mr Andrews, I will be glad to speak with anyone about what he has done for me. (((ROR REDACTED)))

Let's set the record straight...

A client made me aware of this ficticious posting and I now find myself responding to the lies and smears of Bruce McInnis, the owner of BCS America/The Fulfillment Center in Whitefield Maine. 

After representing The Fulfillment Center for a little over a year, I had the misfortune of losing both of my parents. They died in April of 2008 andwhile I was back in Ohio attending their funeral, Bruce McInnis, behind my back contracted directly with my employees in an effort to cut me out. Upon my return and finding this to be the case, I directly confronted him and his only response was that they had contacted him. It was at that time that I decided that there was NO way I could or would continue any kind of relationship with him. Additionally, the primary reason for the success that we enjoyed was due to the "customer service" that my office was providing the clients that we enrolled into the program and once we severed ties with McInnis/BCS America/The Fulfillment Center, we were really able to help clients through educating/informing and assisting them to improve their credit. For the first time ever, clients had the opportunity to pick up the telephone and call our office to find out exactly where they were in the process and not rely on bogus "email only" communication methods. Our clients are achieving "REAL RESULTS" and are raving about the success that they are enjoying today through referrals galore to us. I find it truly ironic that Mr McInnis has chosen to operate in the shadows utilizing a P. O. Box and email system only when so many people who need help today WANT to sit down and have this very confusing credit "system" explained to their understanding and satisfaction. I must admit that I learned a lot about "credit" almost by accident while representing The Fulfillment Center so when Mr McInnis through his bogus post says that we're illegally selling "his" system, that'a as far from the truth as you can get. Sort of like telling my son that he can't use the basic math skills that he learned from his elementary school teacher because she taught them to him or telling a defense attorney that because I cited a particular case to defend my client that no other attorney can use the same case law  but we have, through intensive study raised our program to a level that would best  compare Mr McInnis's program to the flight of Wilbur and Orville at Kittyhawk while what we do today and how we do it to the space shuttle...

I am available as I have always been for our clients at the telephone number posted (480)460-2523 and my clients use it because they know that 99% of the time during normal business hours, they will talk to me or one of my staff to get the answers they need.  LaMont E. Andrews Sr

It's amazing that your city you live in, Whitefield, ME, is also the PO Box location for TFC2009 or The Fulfillment Center.


Been to their website - they only communicate via email and fax, if even then, so I don't really believe you had a call with the owner.


In fact Kelvin, you probably are Bruce, trying to clear your name for a lame program that does not work.


To any one reading this, please DO NOT buy into this credit restoration garbage.


IT does not work. I used this companies program and after 2 years, my report is still the same.


Only time can fix what is really yours. If an item is yours, it has to stay on. And contrary to what they tell you, it stays on, period.


Never pay someone for phoney books or ebooks on fixing credit. It's all FREE on the internet.

It's really hard to find a creditible credit repair company, I have seen an ad for Lamont Andrews and decided to google him before calling.  Kevin does the real company seem creditible and if so I'd really appreciate knowing who they are and how to contact them.
