Stay away from the appointment group, they will sell you as a business the lowest fare, but mark it up by thousand of pounds or dollars depending where you are! For example they receive a booking request from bcg partners inc in london for a flight to New York. The lowest bgc fare to New York in business class is £3700. So they book and ticket on the negotiated fares for another of they're clients Sony music (UK) and the fare they pay to BA is £1700. They quote bgc £3700 and modify the invoice to them to reflect the higher amount, thus making their travel agency a £2000 profit in the process.
bgc partners is not alone this loosing out they do this to all their clients! They make up to £80,000 profit per month doing the fraud. The airlines have no way of knowing about this fraud or they would stop it.
this fraud must be stopped.

“I shall have my revenge” cried the bitter and twisted ex-employee with a hysterical cackle, “ruin them I shall”, as they penned an early entry for this year’s Booker Prize of Fiction!!
Alas and unfortunately for our much misunderstood hero there are one or two little flaws in this tale of skulduggery. In particular the not altogether trivial fact that 99.9% of passengers have an airline frequent flyer membership which clearly states who their employer is, which is entered into every booking made. Therefore saving the airline the expense of employing the finest detective minds of the age to work out that if the employer in the profile doesn’t match the client fare booked, something is amiss!!
It’s back to the drawing board for this chapter I’m afraid. We now await the next exciting instalment as our seeker of truth, justice and redemption reveals how we use our army of child slaves to misappropriate our clients’ money to fund evil experiments on harmless fluffy little animals.
