My name is Darryl. I ordered a gift subscription for "Arthritis Today," for an elderly neighbor that lives next door to me. She suffers from RA. I paid for the subscription and thought that everything with that was okay.
Last month, I received a bill for $12.95 for the subscription to "Arthritis Today." I wrote them back and told them that I paid it, and I sent them the Western Union Money Order number. They wrote me back and told me that I had ordered a subscription for my neighbor and for myself.
I did not order a subscription for myself. Their insisting that I pay for the subscription that I did not order. My neighbor has not received a copy of that magazine in two months.

I contacted a person at their office in Atlanta. The problem was taken care of. The second bill was dropped. Arthritis Today was once again sent to my neighbor.
