I ordered a petunia Pickle Bottom boxy backpack on February 3rd, 2017 and today is February 24th, 2017 and still have not receive the bag!!! I chose free shipping so I gave them an upper limit of time frame which is 10 days before I gave them a call. I got through 3 representatives in which the first 2 told me that "we will check with our warehouse and will give you a call back" of course they never did. The third one, Sylvia, apparently was not much of a great help though nice enough to give me an answer that they found the bag defective and sent back to the manufacturer and now waiting for a replacement??? Now mind you, until i got to Sylvia, i was already waiting for over 10 days (must have been day 15 at that time.) Sylvia then told me that she will get a tracking number and email it to me so I will know the status of my bag ... which now has been another 7 days and guess what??? NO BAG .. NO TRACKING! My advice to any new customers who is reading this review is sure this store sometimes have a Lower price on their items.. TAKE THAT DEAL AND GO TO NORDSTROM FOR A PRICE MATCH!! Nordstrom will match their price but you don't have to go through the stress that I am going through.. NoW I DON'T HAVE A BAG TO TAKE WITH ME TO THE HOSPITAL!! My mistake was I thought since Nordstrom is willing to price match them, they must be a credible trustworthy lil' retail store. Almost a month, the lack of communication and little interest coming from them to go anything for me .. oh boy .. am I wrong. If I could give no star then that is what this place deserves. I would be very cAreful about ordering with them (especially with online orders). I saw on my credit card statement that I Have been charged yet I still haven't receive my bag. With all the stress in preparation as new mother for a newborn, adding this to the equation is very stressful and agitating! Their fAiling attempt to communicate with me in the beginning until now is truly a disappointment! They don't try to resolve the issue yet asking me for more time to play this waiting game with them. The time... that I don't have as an expecting mother!
