we brought a home in 2006 ,milford rd indianapolis ind homeq was the servce the the loan .they tried to foreclouse because they said we had a second loan (not true) statebridge brought homeq they forceclose on us. but the home had a crack foundation, water was coming up through the crack when it rain. the bank of new york is trying rent the home with a crack foundation. this could lead to mold problems
