I looked up a price of a concert and when I tried to buy the tickets the person working on the phone told me that the price was a mistake. I quoted me a higher price then what they advertised. I looked on ticketmaster for tickets and found the same section for even less then their advertised price. So this means they bumped up their price 2/3 then what I could get on ticketmaster.

When I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau they contacted me last night at 10:30 P.M. and woke the house hold up. I dont know about this guy but we have to work in the morning. I would not call my friends past 9:00 P.M. let alone a customer. He tieid to muscle me into a retraction. I told him off for waking me up and then he insulted me saying I have deep rooted issues and then said we was going to retract my complaint for me.

First of all what gives this man the right to contact me based off the info he got from the BBB. Second he act like he's a 1920's Mafia trying to threaten people to take back complaints. Third he does not even know me to say I have mental problems for being upset at him trying to rip me off. Fourth calling someone he does not even know at a very late hour I goto bed early. Fifth and final how does he think he can take matters into his own hands and take back my complain.

This company has alot of nerv. Dont purchase from them beleive me you can find tickets cheaper on ticketmaster plus they have no business moral or ethic. There is Companies like the BBB and this web site for a reason to protect people like us and now this company wants to take away your rights.

We have no idea who this person is.  He is not a customer of ours and has never contacted our office.  Apparently RipOffReport will let anybody publish anything negative about a business without any proof of a "ripoff" at all.  This site has lost all credibility with the business world so consumers should keep this in mind when reading complaints on this site. At least the BBB will remove complaints like this with no merit, but Ripoffreport will not.

About our ticket business: We are a independent ticket broker, meaning our prices are based on supply and demand and not on the face value of tickets.  Sometimes we sell for above face value when demand is high and below face value when demand for a event is low (amazing how nobody ever complains when we charge below face value).

Anyway, please give us a try the next time you need tickets for sports, concerts or theater events.  Sometimes we have the lowest price and sometimes we do not.  We do not charge service fees and will always give you great service.

Example of how crooked Ed Flores is.

I posted a rebuttal last night to Ed Flores' statement. Let me add to this rebuttal. He claims I didn't leave any info on myself. That is simply not true. When I filed my complaint to the BBB it is REQUIRED TO SUBMIT MY INFO, that is how he was able to call me. Ed Flores used BBB to harass me.

Second MR. EDDIE "I dont know how to read" FLORES, it states in Rip-off Reports instructions in reports and rebuttals not to put personal info. Here is the guidlines from rip off report about that so you CAN READ for yourself,  

"Write Your Update

DO NOT sign your name, or include any e-mail addresses in the report."

So please dont make it look like Im the bad guy. This is called, in the psychology world, reflecting your character flaws on someone else. You just want a way to further harass me.

Now for an example of my claims. Im am currently interested in attending Broadways Stomp at The Pantages Theater so Im on their web site and the pricing is in the range of $25-$65. I am also on and the pricing is $75 - $311. Today's date is 1/13/2010 and this event is from 1/27 - 2/7.

Please explain why your prices are this high? I can simply purchase from broadwayLA for basically pennies compared to your prices. I know you are sleepless at night unless you have no morals which obviously you dont have because you marked up these tickets by 1200% THAT IS OUTRAGES. DO THE MATH MR. ED FLORES.

You are illiterate, uneducated and a criminal. Just stop while you are ahead of something you will regret like people finding out you ripped them off and go after you legally. Again I dont own a ticketing company. I am not a competitor, I am a professional painting contractor as well as a lifeguard, swim teacher and swim coach. I have admiral jobs that help people not rip them off.

If you continue this slander against me I will just keep making you look a fool which you do already. I will post more examples of you price gouging which is ILLEGAL. You also practice bait and switch which is also ILLEGAL. By the way this was posted in I believe June 09 and you just 2 days ago made a rebuttal? Talk about procrastination. Hows does this web site of yours survive. Oh right because you rip people off. NICE!

Ed you are a self centered egomaniac scum bag. I do not own a ticket/event sales company. I know you would like to think the world is after you but thats your ego talking Mr. Flores seeing as the only attention you get in negative and for someone with as high of an go as you you'll take it.

This scam artist tries to sell tickets for a higher price then Ticketmaster at the time Ticketmaster still has tickets of equal value. If Ticketmaster has the same value tickets why would you jack up the price by more then 1/3 to 2/3 the price? Normally if tickets sell out then people can go to sites like yours and purchase them. Of course they are going to be higher in price because the demand is there but to try to price gouge when a fan can still get them a face value is absurd.

Also The Better Business Bureau did not take my complaint off. You are such a liar!!! You have 4 complaints in a 36 month period, you are not BBB accredited, you have a B rating and your morals are less then satisfactory!!!! After I filed my complaint you called me on the phone a 10:30 P.M. demanding that I retract my complaint. Who do you think you are Mr. Eddie Flores?

When I told you basically to take a long walk off a short pier what did you do? For 2 days there after you kept calling me and texting threatening vulgar messages. I wish I kept these messages to show others on how immoral and unprofessional you really are.You are not a businessman. You a scum bag trying to make money off artists work, basically trying to "ride the wave".

For anyone out there, yes call this man up and try to do business with him. You will find he is full of it. Also look at Ticketmaster, live nation and any other true ticketing companies prices and availability. Then got to "The Best d**n Tickets Period" site and see for yourself what type of dishonest pricing and sales practices this so called man has. Don't piss him off and complain though (for people like Flores this is called sarcasm) because you will have more time invested in his filthy mouth.

Mr. Flores please find another line of work like, oh lets say, petty thief. You'll do much better at that.

We have no idea who this individual is since they did no provide any contact information.  We are guessing it is a upset competitor who does not like our low prices and is trying to slander us.

This same person tried to file a false complaint on BBB who removed it because it was a incoherent argument much like this one......hopefully this website will remove it as well.

Anyway, we run a legitimate business, if you call us at 714-932-0939 we are polite and courteous.  Our main goal is to take care of our customers and provide great seats to their favorite event.
