I had my car for sale on a private lot and was contacted by Scott Haley at The BizLease, Inc. His "company" offered to place my vehicle under contract with them for the remainder of my car's loan. They in turn would lease out my car and guaranteed all remaining payments on my car.

I signed what appeared to be a legitimate contract and expected to receive monthly payments so that I could pay my car loan. After a month passed I recieved no payment. I contacted the company and was told by an "associate" that they were having trouble leasing out the car. That didn't matter as I was supposed to receive a monthly payment regardless of whether or not they leased the car out or not. When they finally did lease the car, it was to a driver that had a suspended license and a driving record over 4 pages long. I only found out about this because the car was impounded by the Costa Mesa police department and I had to take time off during the middle of the week to get my car out. The person they leased it to had put over 4,000 miles on the vehicle in less than a month and the exterior and interior condition of the car was poor and in bad need of detailing.

Their associate, Mike, told me that they would find another person to lease the vehicle and I reluctantly agreed thinking that I would be protected by my contract. I was told by Mike that the person showed them a valid driver's license when he signed the lease. They were very sorry that this had happened and asked to give them another chance to find someone else to lease it. I naively believed him and allowed them to keep the car. I am kicking myself now for not taking it back that day.

To this date they have still not placed the car and I still have not received any payments...it has been over 3 months now. I checked out this website and saw that someone else had gone through the same thing just a few weeks ago. I immediately contacted the Newport Beach Police to file a report. I contacted Mike and demanded that my car be returned to me along with the money I was owed. I tried to contact Scott Haley, but his phone has been disconnected and their website is no longer active. I have been getting the run-around for about two weeks now. I do not have my car and have no idea where it is at. I have now reported the car as stolen.

I have since found out from Mike that Scott Haley is "supposedly" in jail for outstanding warrants and that he has been leasing the car out and pocketing all of the money for himself. I am currently filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, and seeking legal counsel and am prepared to do whatever it takes to get my car and the money owed to me. I have been told by Mike that he is "working" on getting my car back to me. Apparently Scott gave it to a potential buyer to "test drive" and had not been able to locate them or the car.

Scott Haley is a thief, a liar and has stolen my car. If anyone else has been a vicitim of this man I urge you to come forward as this man has no conscience and has taken advantage of a lot of people for his own financial gain.

They stole my car too

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, July 04, 2008

Scott Haley said he worked for Bizlease/Bizflo and would buy out my car. He picked it up and after several days said he would place the car with someone else. After I requested the car back he threatened me and he threatened to make the car disappear forever. Through investigation it was determined that Scott gave the car to a man named Alvin Ellerbee who has been identified as a middle man for Geoffrey Hull. Geoffrey Hull owns a fraudalent car business called Luxotic Motoring/Red Carpet Motoring. Geoffrey Hull has been arrested for embezzling over 300 cars. Alvin Ellerbee currently works for the Elite Auto Network of Beverly Hills in California. Through this dealership Alvin illegaly subleased my vehicle to someone else. The car has since been recovered by the police department but I owe $3000 in back payments and late fees since Scott took the car. I have more information about Scott Haley as well as Bizlease. I too would like to pursue legal action. I was told by the owner of Bizlease that this has happened to at least 3 other parties. Would our case be stronger if we all linked up together to form some sort of class action lawsuit?
