I have personally seen him ignore phone calls from ex customers who enacted their guaranteed 15 year warranty, stated on his business cards and his proposal sheets, when they realized that the job was not done right. Mr Watkins is licensed and insured, however he does so through the shady website Legalzoom.com and it is not able to be determined what the terms of that policy are.
