In order to resolve this issue, I will need to forward your inquiry to our tracking department, so they can confirm the whereabouts of your package. Please note that they will need to contact the shipping company to obtain further information after we get the information from you, so our response time is dependent on how quickly the shipping company responds to us and how long it takes for us to receive confirmation from you for your address and phone number.
Please confirm your shipping address and phone number, so the tracking department can start researching your package and it will help speed up our process of getting a new package shipped to you right away if necessary once we locate where your items are.

I am sorry but I cannot refund purchases. You may return your item for a refund once you receive it. Again, I am sorry the tracking department has taken so long for their investigation but there is nothing further I can do until the tracking department updates me. Once I receive an update from them I will email you.

Todat is August 5th and still no Jacket or refund. Do not do business with this company!
