I placed an order from this company on Oct 24th, 2012, for some paracord, and some hardware to tie bracelets and other items. First off, they ask for you to expect 10 days. Around 8 days, I called to inquire if it would be anywhere near the 10 days, since I had received no email, to which I was answered I would receive a call back.

Next, I had to call again several times day 12 through day 14 after order, and I finally did receive a call back from the warehouse manager, who was at first "surprised" i had not yet received my shipment, then after some questions, "Oh, it should ship out tomorrow". Cool, thanks. Still nothing several days later. That's when I started looking at reviews online.

I found tons of reviews about the same exact thing I was experiencing at that time, and the flags went flying in my head. I wrote an email to them, asking for a tracking number for my shipment, or a refund by the 19th of November, otherwise I would start the process of retrieving my funds through Paypal. This email went out the 14th of Nov. I received, late Sunday evening on the 18th of Nov, the night before the deadline I set, a USPS tracking number. Funny enough, I tried, very hard to verify this number through USPS, and for the benifit of the doubt, fedex, and last, UPS. No one had anything on this number.

I read reviews about others who had the same issue, and waited too long to see their shipment before opening a complaint with Paypal, so I filed a complaint through payapl as soon as I discovered it. Then I received yet another number, through paypal from the seller, that had the same results, another fraudulent attempt to drag out paypal, at least that's the explanation in my mind.

Luckily, I finally has enough, and I was lucky enough to read other reviews and complaints, and catch it before they got away with my funds as well. I received my refund just today through paypal, but I am still hoping that by writing this, it will alert others to either stay away, or if they are already involved with issues, do not buy their pathetic lies and attempts to drag it out. You will likely lose your money, as others have, and somehow, they will continue to sucesfully rip people off.
