I paid a deposit for a car and he told me he will repair a couple of dents. I called him the next day to see if all was ok and he told me it will be too expensive to repair unless i wanted to pay for it myself. I told him i will not pay to repair the car and he offered me a refund. I accepted to take the full £200 refund but it never got to my account. I called him several times and was fobbed off with his internet connection down and he couldn't refund back onto a debit card. He eventually cut off his landline and mobile numbers so i could not call him.
