I was contacted about a year ago from this aggency asking if I could take on more work within my company thinking that they were a profesional company with posibly an overspill of work.  To make a long story short I quickly found out that they were an add company looking to sign my company up for insurace claims work.  After listening to their pitch for about 30 minutes  i Politly told them that I was not interested in spending money with them at this time.  At that point the very nice Mellisa turned into the most unprofessional sales person I have ever talked with over the phone.  Stating that I was stupid and didn't see the value of what they could do for me and told me that she would contact all of the claims adjusters in my area to tell them not to do work with my company.  As she was screaming at me for asking questions about Marketing and giving me no response to any of my questions she again told me  that I didn't know what was best for my company and that I was an idiot.  I laughed.  In short, she said "obviously your company is not the company i thought it was and is not fit to do work with us."

She called me back a week later...We went down the same road again.  They must have really needed some sales because she was more unproffesional this go around than before.  I asked to speak with her manager and she hung up on me.  Thinking this was the end of it I left it alone, til today.

Recieved multiple calls today from another rep stating that my membership was to exp shortly and that he was calling to renew.  I told him around 7 times that I was not interrested at all in advertising with his company as before.  Before he hung up on me he said the same thing as the woman did a year ago. "Obviously your not the company i thought you were and I let all the claims adjusters and contractors in your area know" and hung up on me.

I called back imediatly. He answered the phone and started yelling at me stating that I was unprofessional because I told him that I'm not interested in their work and that their company was rude.

Remembering that i looked them up last year on their website to see who was on there.  They had over 160 local companies in my area listed on THEIR page.  As of Today they only have 1 company here locally listed and I've never heard of them.  Guess everyone else packed up and left.

In review, they are Rude, Misleading, Unprofesional and apparently are LOOSING do to these tactics.  MY last statement will be, "HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA"  Serves you right.  Cheers.
