I answered an ad on Craigslist by Howard Heller to sell the coffee house. Howard told me , and I signed an agreement to become a distributor in colorado but first I had to purchase the coffee house machine. I filled out the loan lease agreement online on the coffee house website Howards website. Howard told me I would be paying $5500 for the coffeehouse. in the distributor agreement I signed it stated the purchase price I had to pay was $5500 for the coffee house. I got the loan and started paying on it I got on line with Time Payment who loaned me the money for the coffeehouse. I checked on the payoff amount.
It stated that my payoff was $10000. I called Time Payment and asked how the payoff is $10000 when I only borrowed $5500. The woman said I borrowed $8500 and that is what they paid Howard Heller. I said NO I went online and applied for a $5500 loan. The woman, Gina, said no when they received the loan agreement from Howard Heller for me it stated I wanted to borrow $8500 . so apparently when I filled out the loan electronically online, Howard got on his website and changed the amount and then sent it off to Infinity (also Time Payment). I'm now stuck paying $8500 plus taxes and interest for the coffee house that retails for $7500, and is market value of only $995.
Why would I borrow $8500 to buy the coffeehouse when it retails at $7500. I have my distributor agreement
From Howard Heller stating IN WRITING that I will be paying $5500 for the coffeehouse. HOWARD HELLER changed my loan illegally and without my knowledge from the amount of $5500 that I asked for to $8500.
I have recent text messages from Howard Heller stating that he signed papers stating that I was paying $5500 for the coffee house. Howard stated in those text messages that Time Payment only paid him $5500. Howard Heller said someone at time payment is lying when they said they paid him $8500. Howard Heller stated that Time Payment never sent Howard a paper stating how much money they paid him. Time Payment will not let me see the paper stating how much they paid Howard Heller, but Gina said she can assure me Time Payment paid Howard Heller $8500.
This is fraud. I don't mind paying the $5500 I borrowed, but I am not paying $8500 so Howard Heller can pocket the extra money, I texted Howards partner Jessie and Jessie said that Howard is the one who tells Infinity (Time Payment) how much money each distributor is trying to borrow. Jessie said Howard is lying when Howard said that Time Payment never sent him a paper stating how much they paid Howed for my loan. Jessie sent me a copy of my loan papers. Those papers are not what I signed. The loan papers do not even state how much I borrowed. The loan papers stated 33 months x $304 a month. The numbers look like someone wrote over them several tines. The total amount will end up being $10032 + taxes + insurance.
Howard Heller and his partner are nothing but liars and frauds. Do not do business with them.

Howard Heller is the one who signed me up to sale The Coffee House. Howard Heller is the one who talked to me on the phone. Howard Heller is the one who signed the contract saying I only had to pay $5500. (Im stuck paying $8500 plus ) When Howard Heller sent me a copy of the signed contract, you can see where he wrote over the price and terms before he turned it in. Time Payment (the company who financed the Coffee House) said I am the only one of 100 people who got the loan from them who is paying on it. Howard Heller ruined a lot of peoples credit and pocketed the money. Time Payment DOES NOT like Howard Heller.

You'll notice the name "Jessie" throughout the complaint.
Jasjeet ("Jessie") Singh formed a corporation called The Coffeehouse, LLC. He was the 100% owner. The corporation was filed in Wyoming because Jessie discovered that the Secretary of State will not provide any status nor name of the owners of corporations filed in Wyoming.
I, Howard Heller, owned no part of the Coffeehouse, LLC. 100% of any monies earned were deposited into The Coffeehouse, LLC account (Jessie's). I had no responsibility to sign contracts or alter contracts. IF this was done, it was done by Jasjeet.
Bottom Line: He is a liar and a crook.
After I discovered his lack of business eithics I left The Coffeehouse and Jasjeet Singh. Shortly after that he disappeared. As support for this response, here is an email I received from one of the leasing companies who purchased lease agreements for The Coffeehouses' customers.
Hi Howard,
I view Jessie as a criminal. He referred us DVD clients that all defaulted. He did not deliver equipment nor did he support our mutual clients after the sale. He is a bad guy, period. I am willing to share my opinion of Jessie's character to whomever you wish to contact me.
