Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

These folks are completely rude, badly managed.  They deliberately make unclear what services are provided so they can sell more services, ones you thought you already paid for. Watch out, or you'll be on the company corporation treadmill. To make matters worse, one email was plain rude and when I called about it I was hung up on. Sure, I was irritated by the rude email, who hangs up on a client?!? A simple apology would have done. Instead, I'll never give them another penny.
