 I am having the same experience as the others. I keep receiving a bill for $260.00 for "registered agent" service. I have spoke with them numerous times and told them that I did not want this service. I didn't even know they had listed themselves as my registered agent until I received the bill. Now they have added a $25 late fee and turned it over to a collection agency! Has anyone considered a class action against this company? I know I am all for it.
