I was building a home to sell in miami fl. , had previous contractors but they were way to steep and took my overhead margin over 55%. So i ran into an old friend of mine and we were discussing building and he told me about this guy who built big beautiful homes out in davie and gave me his number.

So i called him (andrew carr) and he showed me all his paper work which turned out being fraudulent showed me about 10 houses in davie in which he said he built including his own, invited me over to his home introduced me to his wife and newborn child, we then went over numbers they weren't the too good to be true numbers but were satisfiable so i went with them signed the contract and begin to give him deposit a receipt was given for every draw i gave him from the city of miami building department to the miami dade county building department with seal of approval for both offices (which turned out being fraudulent as well) what got me into suspension about him is when he called me 12am on a saturday asking for a check for $6000.00 for a tree removal fine which i had no knowledge of ,so now i begin to investigate calling both the city of miami  and miami-dade county checking on the fine they have no clue on what i am talking bout there is nothing in the system now i call him he says there must be a mistake they dont know what there talking about very argumentive about the situation so i begin to investigate further to find out he is on 7 years probation for fraud stealing out of million dollar homes in palm beach i ask for my money back he tells me the bank freezed his accounts on the account of something his partner did it was lie after lie with this guy so now i have no choice but to prosecute him  times are very rough i had a buyer for my house i missed the completion date for the contract lost the buyer because i couldn't complete the house do to the loss of my 46k.
