I was contacted by Garret Soelberg in January 2010 from the Global Success Academy. He said he could lower my interest rate on my mortgage for $4,000. He also said he could get my 2.25% rate down to 2.0%. Of course I feel for it and in the next they deducted a total of 4,000 from my account. I never heard from anyone so I found Garret on the Facebook and he gave me the president of the companies name Patrick D. Delgado I spoke with him and he said he fired Garret for coming to work late and they will be helping me with my mortgage. All I get now is voice mail when I call to company and Patrick. I am out of $4,000 that could of went towards my mortgage. The Global Success Academy work together with The Corporate Firm ran by Patrick D. Delgado and they are all scams that have riped off quite a few people. I am now looking for a way to sue them just to get what is owed to me back
