The cover guy sold me a hydrolic spa cover lift system. When installed per their instructions a WELD broke on one of the supporting arms and ended up tearing my cover.
I emailed them since their phone # is just a recording, and they responded by saying my cover was too heavy. So I bought a new lighter cover and then found out that one of the set screw nuts that are welded on has WELD inside the threads and the bolt will not screw in. Now The Cover Guy won't even respond to my emails.BEWARE!

The Cover Guy is more than happy to resolve this complaint. The product in question is a lifter supplied by a third party which we resell. The Cover Guy has and does offer a full refund plus the exchange of the damaged product.
