The Crack Team Attempts to contact company for repair work on basement foundation cracks are unanswered. BBB says company no longer in business. Also heard company has been sued & president in jail Internet, Illinois

I have been trying unsuccess for last two weeks to contact The Crack Team for warranty work related to cracks in my basement foundation.  The cracks they filled a couple years ago had Lifetime Guarantee.  Both e-mails and telephone calls are not being answered.  I called one of their former sub-contractors and was told that the Crack Team is under big lawsuit...that many people are complaining about warranty work...that company president is in jail.  The BBB has "Alert" for this company: it is no longer in business. Now I don't know what to do to get cracks repaired.  I tried calling the company president, Bob Kodner, at (708) 357-7222...no answer - just a recorded advertisement.  I'm very pissed off and will refer this to my local Illinois Attorney General Office.
