Had a very bad experience in dealing with this company. They messed up on the size lip boxes and don't want to accept ownership of the mistake. The company is not located in the U.S. as they claim on their website but are located in the Middle East.

They asked me to remove my prior negative review of this company in order to receive a full or partial refund. To date, I have yet to receive anything and stuck with boxes my client is unable to use. The glossy finish on the boxes is TERRIBLE! An experienced print company would have known to increase the size of the boxes based on the product dimensionsprovided to them. They unfortunately did no such thing. Since February this company has given me the runaround, excuses and blamed me for their mistake. It has taken almost two weeks that I was advised to wait for a refund so from what I can see they are not going to do it. At this point, I will simply write this $400 loss off. Upon further research of this company some of their reviews are false! And they work under a parent company name National Telecommunication Distributor who's also located in the Middle East.

I tried many times to resolve this matter amicably but they have left me no choice but to leave a negative review warning others to look elsewhere for your custom box solutions and don't pay via PayPal because they do not cover custom orders. buyer beware!!!! This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered with a business.

Hi David,

For any qty above 3k we send a sample to approve once approved same setup is printed and shipped. We arent sure about your JOB id and didnt find the tracking number.

I don't think so..  I have had no luck getting a single dime from this company for a refund of 10,000 boxes.  They shipped trash - clearly it's a scam.

All Matters Resolved with The Custom Boxes

As of May 2015, The Custom Boxes agreed to providing 75% refund of an order purchased in February. We have amicably resolved our differences. 

My hope was to be able to remove my review of the company due to a resolution being reached. Unfortunately, the owner's of Rip Off Report advised via email I could only provide a rebuttal indicating the issues have all been resolved.

At the time when I wrote my initial posting I was quite angry and frustrated. After a lengthy discussion and resolution with the Account Representative, I would consider ordering from The Custom Boxes in the future.
