The Digital Pros Jacked up the price by 100$. Never Itemized what the charges were for. Batteries that should be included were unwrapped and was told it was an extra charge. I was charged 65$ for a 300$ camera (that he charged 400) and shipping fee with insurance to send it back wausau Wisconsin

Listed below are some of the issues I've had since I have placed the orer via phone from Digital Pros.  the camere;Canon Powershot G15 was listed on the  website at 285$ and included camera strter kit. I did ask for extra battery and memory card  which I knew did not come with the camera. I coud have misunderstood the latter since I received Flash Card Reader which I do not need and camera bag. I have bought this camere about 6months ago(another vendor) and was faiiliar with what the manufacturer includes in the package. My camrea was stollen and that is the reason for purchaing it again. Whan I placed the order over the phone the getlemen was in a hurry and said he was packaging at that moment and I should receive itemized receipt in my e-mail shortly. , which I have never received.  A week later I looked at my bank statement and noted I was charged 414.95$. I did call the company and was told that the batteries were not included and all the "extra things" cost extra. He was quite rude and still did not itemize the items even when the camera arrived about 2-3 weeks later. The camera box has been opened and a battery was thrown in that was not wrapped or had any protective cover on it. The box clearly states that the camera comes with the battery. Bottom line is that I was charged for very inexpensive camera bag which I know I did not need or want (I have one at home from my stollen camera) a Flash Card and I was told for the battery that clearly comes with the camera. The insult is that he is charging me 65$ restocking, shipping and insurance fee. I cannot retun this camera unless I sign a disclaimer stating that I will not contest this with the credit card company and at that time he will send me the return address. My credit card company cannot help me unless I send the product back, but Ican't do it unless I sign the papers and I must settle for 337.72$ refund. Between the fees of sending the product back the company is making over 100$
