I saw an ad in an email that said as seen on cnn and fox news said if you want to work from home this is the right job all you have to do is pay 2.49 then 38.99 x3 then one time fee of 138.99 will be billed to your credit card.I already had charges on my card before the five day trial was up and i still had not got a web site setup and i had not made any money and that was another thing that was said, as soon as you sign up you'll start making money but it was all a scam just to get money out of people

Since the DCA website is vague and the OP did not provide much information - please read the following web page for more on DCA:

Owner of the company...

AUTHOR: Bman - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, November 12, 2010

Instead of being so smug and nasty, why not send this person (or post) the terms and conditions so this person can see how to get out of this agreement. I find it incredulous that you call a person lazy as you take money from them in a way that they do not understand. I am glad you posted your response since possibly millions of people can now read how you sensitively handle your customers - NOT! To the person that is being talked down to contact this government watchdog agency with a complaint: http://www.ftc.gov/reports/index.shtm

Terms and Conditions

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, November 12, 2010

I work for a company that handles Direct Commerce Academy's Accounts as well as other Accounts. Truth be told is that people don't take responsibility for their own actions. Right where they put there credit card information is a box on the left that explains the terms of the trial whether it be .99 or $2.97 and the time period of the trial. Also, on the bottom of the website it fully states terms and conditions. All people have to do click on terms and conditions and read it. Just like anything sold on

the internet there are terms and conditions. Stop blaming Direct Commerce Academy for your laziness and incompetence failing to read. It is NOT a scam.

Terms and Conditions is a legal and binding contract. Do not try to weasel your way out of it. Would you try to get out of an Auto Loan when it has terms and conditions as well? The only difference is one is a written contract and the internet uses

Verisign is an Electronic Contract.
