Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Purchased a dress. Was cheaply made. Return the item but never received my money back. I have emailed them on numerous occasions with no responsed. The item had to be returned to an address in Costa Rica. If you go to this website you will see all similar complaints.

I bought the same dress with the same result. It was rubbish i returned it to the address they sent me by email, nothing, no money and now nobody contests the email
