 i  contacted the drive shaft shop  in feb. 2010 in search for a good price on a drive shaft for my street strip drag car

(1970 monte carlo with a 454 bbc twin turbo)  i  got a price for a c/moly shaft with billet th400 yoke and billet pinion yoke  with greasless spicer u joints i paid $720.55 for the complete set up by frank and made sure to repeat myself as to what i was  going to be getting  and frank said yes your going to be getting c/moly drive shaft with geasless spicer ujoints with billet th400 yoke and billet 12 bolt pinion yoke .

this is where i get ripped off  a week later i call wondering if it shipped yet and they still did not ship my parts out so they got shipped out that day 

when i recieved my drive shaft   there was no billet pinion yoke  and the  th400 yoke they did  send was  a forged yoke not a billet yoke  they painted  the drive  shaft and the yoke thinking this would hide the fact they sent me a forged th400 yoke  ,

 they charged me $175 for the th400 yoke and $150 for the pinion  yoke i havent recieved , i called and called  and called i could not get ahold of Frank the owner  he avoided me,  i spoke with Tad and another guy   and i kept getting the run around they said they sent the pinion yoke and it was in the box with the drive shaft  well the box was empty no yoke ,

at this point i started looking over the drive shaft  thats when i was thinking if they could charge me for billet and send forged  maybe the drive shaft isnt c/moly i have to take it to get it checked  to find out  but  i did notice they are not spicer ujoints  and  the th400 yoke is not billet .

 TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT  they offered to send me the pinion yoke if i would accept the forged th400 yoke and ujoints or they can me a refund if i returned everything but after read that they have ripped people off i decided to take the pinion yoke that was missing  and was forced to accept being charged for billet and spicer  for  forged no brand , IF I SENT  IT ALL BACK  i would not have gotten a refund  and would have taken more of a loss ,

 i have not installed any parts yet i need to have the shaft checked for balancing and the material its made of  i also i have to buy a billet yoke and ujoints i thinking of just starting over buying from a more repitable company ,

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AVOID BUYING FROM THEM ,

AVOID THE PROBLEMS AND AVOID NOT KNOWING WHAT YOU HAVE FOR PARTS AND

NOT KNOWING  IF YOU CAN TRUST THIS DRIVE SHAFT WITH YOUR LIFE GOING DOWN  THE TRACK ,

YOU SHOULD GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR  BILLET IS BILLET  NOT FORGED

LIKE ORDERING A HAMBURGER WITH CHEESE AND GETTING NO CHEESE AND FINDING OUT ITS NOT ACTUALLY HAMBURGER ,GOOD LUCK
