 On July 7, 2016, I began negotiations with Mr. Sampson to do work on a property I owned. During that time I was also acting as a Realtor for Mr Sampson. I had been on several showings with him and believed, due to the evidence he presented, he would be purchasing and rehabbing several properties in the area. Knowing his background and seeing the work he had done on my mothers home, I contracted him to do work on my own property. Mr. Sampson was paid quite a bit of money towards a job that was not completed and not only that but the little work his "crew" did, was completed poorly at best. I was under a tight deadline because my tenant was pregnant and I wanted to have everything completed prior to the birth of her child.

I hounded Mr Sampson weekly and sometimes daily (even hourly at one point) for not only a proper contract (as I had paid him nearly $2000) but also a schedule for completion. Mr Sampson finally texted me and told me to hire someone else, which I have done and the estimate from the new company is a fraction of what Dry Moon Group was paying. What the other person who was ripped off by is true. Mr Sampson wants your money, he does not seem to care whether or not the work gets done. When you go to him and demand results he demands payment upfront and any contractor, after taking as much money as he got, should have finished the job prior to demanding more money to complete the work. Thankfully the company is supposedly going out of business. But unfortunately, I doubt I will ever see a dime in return.
