The DUMP furniture store near airport $200.00 lifetime cleaning IRving, Texas

OUr home burned down and we lost our brand new beautiful leather sofa, chair and ottoman from Ashleys furniture, made in north carolina. they would not replace it with their replacement warranty we paid extra money for, filed a ripoff report on them. So decided we would give the dump a try for some new furniture and not pay high dollar.

we went we bought and along with the furniture we paid for lifetime cleanings of the furniture subcontracted by a place called "guardian" but we bought it at "the dump". three years later we call to set appointment and get one of our lifetime cleanings of the furniture, the woman asked for the number of our policy we give it and then she asked how many spots are on the furniture that need to be cleaned? i answered maybe one or two, just the whole thing needs a good cleaning to freshen up the smell of it, it is not overly dirty and or filthy at all and has been well taken care of all this time. (the kids are grown, no more koolaid, no more cheetos, no more chocolate kisses being sneaked in after hours and eaten while sitting on the couch after mom and dad went to bed.) The women didnt hestitate one second to tell me that my claim was denied. I told her this is not a claim, we purchased lifetime cleanings of the furniture im not trying to get it replaced just cleaned like what i bought. she was hateful and basically said she did not care they werent coming out to clean it and my claim was denied end of story. From past experiences as stated above, i knew immediately i had been shiested again by some furniture store. Then low and behold a couple of weeks later in the mail we get this small package, opened it and it came from these "Guardian" people, it was two little teeny tiny tubes of some crap that is a "spot cleaner" for our dirty little couch. They never intended to clean our couch and i bet everyone who ever called to get their lifetime cleaning service got denied the $200.00 worth of lifetime cleaning services. So BE WARNED!!!!!! NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING BUT THE FURNITURE AND KNOW THAT THEY WILL NOT REPLACE IT EVEN IF IT IS BURNT TO THE GROUND, THEY WILL NOT COME AND CLEAN IT AND YOU WILL PAY $100.00 FOR A CRAPPY LITTLE TUBE OF SPOT CLEANER. NEVER TRUST THE WARRANTY THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL YOU AT A FURNITURE STORE ......EVER

we are never getting furniture again either, we are going to the thrift store and getting used furniture and a bottle of febreeze!!!
