The Eagle Carpet Cleaning Is Cheap! and is Not Good to do Business with..Does Not Honor His words and Service Agreement Las Vegas, Nevada

Manny Ramos is a very cheap individual who owns a janitorial service called The Eagle Carpet Cleaning, after doing service for him to provide appointment setting as lead generation service he did not honor his service agreement which clearly states that partial payment will be paid upfront and the balance will be paid after 1 week. Providing him almost all the number of appointments owed to him, he then cancels the service and refused to pay the balance of the contracted amount.

He claims that he didn't know about the full payment and claims to have been mislead of discount offered to him. The original contract rate was $610 and was given to him for $500 flat as a discounted price. The Service Agreement Clearly states the breakdown and the TOTAL contract amount which he signed and faxed back to us. The contract clearly states the no guarantee policy and the cancellation policy which he is entitled to pay for the full service amount.

After explaining to him about the payment he made up all these excuses and refuse to pay for the balance he owes us. We've serviced more than 80 hours of our agreement and still did not honor the agreement to consider the work we did. He is not a good business man and i hope that his crappy business fails.
