To whom It May Concern,

After hearing radio advertisements all the time on 95.5 fm, my friend and I decided to have consults from Dr Greg DeLange. We heard his advertisements for breast implants (which we have wanted for a while), and figured we would have the surgery for summer. We are hard working professional grad students, and have saved long and hard to pay for this. We did our "homework", and checked out this doctor thoroughly with the state. He appeared to have a "clean" record with no publically available malpractice lawsuits or disciplinary filings. After careful consideration we both decided to have breast aug with this Dr.

My friend was an A cup and wanted to be a full B as she is very skinny and did not want to be too big on top. I was a B and requested a full C. The doctor knew our expectations, and we stated very clearly our desires. We brought the doctor photos of what we wanted, and he agreed to do the procedure. We were told he knew the best amount of cc's for us, and he would use sizers on us in the O.R. to determine the best size implant to look natural. We agreed to this, and trusted him.

To our horror and disappointment, neither of us got the results we paid for. My friend ended up with a full C which looks ridiculous on her, and I ended up with a very full D when I requested a full C. One of my implants is sitting at least 2 inches higher than the other. My tissue is getting stretched, and I know I will one day require a lift since these huge implants have stretched out my skin, causing stretch marks and drooping which I never had before. Neither of us look natural at all. Nothing like the photos he showed us at the original consult.

Both of us are very dissatisfied with the results. We are both very unhappy with the size, and myself with the assymetry as well.

We have now learned from searching the web that Dr's PAY to advertise all over the internet and radio. They want to keep trying to reinforce their skill over and over like a broken record. They are trying to generate business, and spread their name around. Think about it. Does your general practioner or OB-GYN advertise on the radio? Of course not. Because their reputations are built on references and good work, not advertising to bring in sales.

Of course all of this is our opinion only, and it has nothing to do with the other Dr's at the Estetica Institute, we do not know them. This is purely our opinion of Dr Greg DeLange and his "work".

This is a fake report

AUTHOR: Delange - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, June 04, 2009

I have recently been advised that a local cosmetic surgeon (not a trained plastic surgeon) has instructed several of his staff memebers to write malicious and slanderous remarks about my practice in the hopes of diverting patients away from my office. I just read the two located on this site and am saddened by the contents. The descriptions aren't even good lies as they don't even come close to the qualtiy of my work. I have never surgically achieved an E cup breast in my career and actually have the reputation of being conservative in size recommendation. The patient has to twist my arm to go to a D cup. Furthermore, if a patient thinks they are too big or small, I simply offer to make the change and I don't even charge them. The other patient described a cream that caused a problem and that I damaged a nerve in the eye. I don't even have a cream for eyes and there isn't even a nerve that I work on near the eye that I can damage! Pathetic!

In my nearly 10,000 Plastic Surgical procedures, I readily admit that I have had a few imperfect results. In these situations I make every effort possible to provide adjustments that help to achieve the most ideal outcome.

Unfortunatley, people can write anything they want on these sites in order to damage a person's reputation. They should be embarassed and ashamed.
Reader beware!
