I find it amazing that both "Chris" and "Holly" both claim we are scaming and they are oh so educated, yet they failed to mention what the scam is? "Chris" says, "I am sick of your scam?" Whats the scam? If there is one, please tell me so I can quit.

To "Chris," as far as Wal-Mart goes, they have over 580 complaints, while we have four, three by the same person. Wal-Mart would have to shut down just to answer all of their complaints. Four is not overwhelming. Why do we continue to answer? Any company that cares about their reputation, will fight for it. Any company that doesn't answer complaints it is usually two things: They either do not no about the complaint(s) or they simply don't care. We have responded to every "allegation."

Skip town, change the business name? I have been with this company ever since it came to Missouri and there hasn't been any name changing or skipping town. I have seen only them adding companies. Skip town? If your talking about Westport and now where in Ballwin, yea. We skipped town and moved twenty-five minutes. Normally when someone skips town, it's further then twenty-five minutes.

"McMahon maybe real or not." 'Chris,' make up your mind. Is he or isn't he? "Holly" says all of the reports are exact. Well, since three of the four reports have been done by the same person, of course there going to look the same!

From reading these posts, I did find something interesting. Why is it that after someone quits or is terminated, then it's a scam? Can someone explain that to me? Is the company bypolor? One minute it's legit, then it's a scam?

No disrespect to "Holly" but you say how Mike writes, makes him look like a third grader. Well, the content in your posts make you look extremely bitter and stupid. You say you had doubts about the company since day one. You say you knew it was a scam, yet you give this "scam" company your bank information for direct deposit, ssn, DL Number and other personal information? This coming from someone that is "highly" educated. I think I can confidently say, "Holly" knows their is no scam. She is bitter about losing her job and now she is trying to get back at us. I guess with a $4,000 a month salary, I would be ticked off to.

To steal the phrase from "Holly," "My only goal in writing this is to let everyone know that these reports are clearly false." The Fleming Org, TMF, Fleming Financial, Fleming Temps and Fleming Mortage is not scamming anyone. If they are, they are pulling off the scam of the century.

P.S. "Chris" is lying regarding his paycheck. As I said in one of my earlier posts, I am cross training in accounting/payroll. The check "Chris" cashed came back showing he clearly cashed the check. So "Chris" was paid for training and whatever "work" he did.

I agree with the original poster. In one of my posts McMahon said something about Walmart having tons of posts... We I'm sure they do, But do their exec's take the time to rebuttal each one I think not... And Terron, I mean Sarah you just keep proving to me more and more that you DO NOT EXISTS. I thought since I "don't exist" I would comment since I am listed on here. The "kid" statement I found was interesting. This "Holly" and "Chris" person is only 24 and Mr. Fleming is supposedly 22-23. Wouldn't that make "Holly" and "Chris" a kid to? Two year age difference? One owns their own company while the others are searching for employment? I am not making fun of "Holly" and "Chris" for being unemployed, as I know first hand how hard it is to find a job, but I found that statement to be quite ignorant. If that came from me, that would be different. I'm old enough to be all of your parents. But I wouldn't say something like that because age is just a number. Also, I have never meet this "Meagan" girl. If I wrote that, I apologize. I did a test call regarding "directions" to the building on her. Mr. Fleming does that to see if the new receptionists are answering the phones promptly and correctly and to see if she can give out directions. She did a good job!

I worked for this company in mid December i was there a week and half roughly and guess what i never got paid for any of the work i did... hummm. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! Wow! What a rampage you just went on. I will do my best to answer all your allegations.

As far as orientation goes, it is two days, three if one of the days take longer, and from there you start work/training.And YES! There are plenty of people who make it past orientation. The receptionist does have a computer/phone. She didn't have a computer from what I was told about two weeks because the tower went out or burnt out. I wasn't there but that's what I was told.

Holly, you didn't even work for us so you know nothing about our clients, events, locations or employees other than the ones in your orientation group. As far as customer interaction, this isn't Wal-Mart. We don't have customers coming in left in right. Additionally, clients don't come to our locations everyday. Do they call us or email us quite often? They sure do. I read the comments from Sarah and it doesn't say she meet her, she said she called in and asked her some questions. You all are still talking?
