Hired the Flyer Guys AZ to deliver flyers. I requested to be contacted when the job was complete so that I could verify the delivery. They did not call me until days later and when I drove the area I found entire subdivisions that were not delivered to including the one I actually live in. I even went door to door asking homeowners had gotten my flyer and after 25 homes I gave up. Then I get a text message from a homeowner that did get my flyers with a picture showing they were delivering 3 of my flyers on each door. When I contacted the flyer guys about my issue they get very defensive and blame the homeowners for everything. Again I found entire areas with no delivery. After refusing to work with me on the issue they eventually just sued me which I found was common practice for them from other reviews I have seen. They are very arrogant and you the customer is always wrong. Very rude to work with and I just wish I spent a little more to use regular mail. Do not trust these guys whatever you do. Oh and to make things worse they broke a homeowners screen door and then hung up on her when she called to complain.
