Rich contacted us and assured us they do this every day, all day and they would not let us lose our home. Due to the fact our sale date was 22 days away, it was imperative we filled out and faxed all the documents on the same day, which I did. At the end of the week, Friday, we were to send $600.00 which we did. During that first week, we heard nothing . I talked to rich on Friday and he said someone would contact me on Monday. I waited and no call on Monday. I left numerous messages to kiana to call me. No calls back. I finally called rich wed. He assured they would call and to leave message. I did rest of week and still no call back. I finally got a call from kiana telling me what additional documents they needed and not to worry if I didn't have them they would get them from the lender. No calls rest of week, even tho I left messages again as to what the status was. Finally on thurs. The 24th I got an email from kiana saying they had talked to the lender and due to the short time element, they could not guarantee the sale date would be stopped and we needed to file bankruptcy. I did not get the email till Friday, at which time I tried to call kiana numerous times with only voicemail answering. In her email she told me to contact her assistant if she was not avail. Of course I got voicemail on both, so I called rich. He said not to worry, they would not let us lose our house, and our file was put on hold for a couple of days due to nonpayment. It was Friday, the payment was made in Friday after 5:00 like I told rich. He told me kiana had a few things up her sleeve and to call her Mon, which is one day before our sale. I told him er were not filing bankruptcy. On Monday, after leaving numerous messages, I git ahold of the assistant , who was rude and short. She said file bankruptcy because they had talked to our lender and they would not work with us or give us a modificat so it was our only option. I told her we didn't want to lose our vehicles and she advised to leave that part blank, that if you don't list it they won't know...oh really? I asked her if that wasn't dishonest and she said yes, but you have no options. What would have happened in front of a bankruptcy judge? #1, I am an honest person. So, they knew right from that second week the lnder wasn't going to work with us, yet rich said we needed to send them that next $600.00. They took that under false pretenses and were acting like they were doing something. They made one phone call to our lender, charged us $1,200.00 did nothing else and we lost our home. I want my money back, or at least the last $600.00 so we at least have some money towards moving. Thanks for nothing rich

More information or diversion tactics?

AUTHOR: Jane Claire - ()

POSTED: Thursday, July 25, 2013

I have lived on this earth quite a few years. I have had dealings with all kinds of people. Never have I dealt with the likes of Drew Alia and The Foreclosure Law Center.

Just be honest, for once. You have so many dissatisfied clients ( victims ) you couldn't possibly keep up with them all. Admit that you are as sorry as they come and have no intentions of refunding anybody's money. Geeze... be a man about it.

Everybody that has complained here says the same thing. You basically stole their money and used your law license to do it. If you are still practicing a year from now, I will have lost what little faith I have in our justice system. And certainly, you are a disgrace to the law profession. IMHO.

Do this first....

AUTHOR: Jane Claire - ()

POSTED: Thursday, July 25, 2013

If you are considering doing business with The Foreclosure Law Center, do these things first:

On their webiste, they have several addresses listed. This is intended to deceive you into to assuming these are affiliate attorney's located throughout the United States. Copy and paste these addresses to your browser and you'll find they are just PO Box addreses. For example, I live in Texas, the address listed in my state is in Lubbock, Texas. The attorney they have listed (on their legal documents) as an affiliate in my state is Saharie Reed, in Dallas, Texas. So, why would they need a drop box in Lubbock?

If you talk to one of their so called "intake specialist" and live outside PA, ask for the name and phone number of the attorney that will be representing you in your state. Then give them a call. Chances are they won't even know they are a listed affiliate.

If you will do a little investigation first, you'll save yourself lots of money. Remember, and I had to learn this the hard way, they can't do anything for you that you cannot do for yourself. Contact your local consumer credit counselors and they will put you on the right track. Good Luck!

What a joke

So you want people to contact FLC with their client number so you can investigate? Investigate what?.....the fact that you're a scam? Really, you must really think we're dumb as rocks. What are you going to do, investigate yourself? You already know you're running a scam. Give us all a break and don't post such obviously stupid remarks on this forum. Your "investigation" about the client will lead to you giving them a bullshit line about needing more paperwork, we're almost there, or whatever it is you have to quote for the day. It's pretty bad when you start to believe the lies that come out of your own mouth.

I too was ripped off by FLC for $3000.00.  We are not going to let them get away with this and we are doing our best to keep them from preying on others.

FLC is a scam pure and simple

AUTHOR: Jane Claire - ()

Well, I can say one thing about the Foreclosure Law Center, Drew Alia and his gang, are at least consistant.  They did exactly the same thing to me. I guess they must think they can get away with it , at least long enough to amass a great amount of wealth for themselves.

Everything they did, everything they said, was a lie. What puzzles me is the other attorney's listed on their website which lends them some credibility, at least initially. It would appear that they are somehow affiliated with them on some level.

In any case, if you feel that you have been scammed like many others please report these folks to the Federal Trade Commission. If you have not signed on the dotted line, don't do it!

I wish that I could make contact with everyone whom they have scammed! ... Class Action!

Scam

I'm responding to the consumer who has a complaint about FLC and Rich. I hope it is really a consumer I'm responding to and not FLC, who likes to play games. At least FLC is acting stupid with you, what I got was a threatening phone call and a letter. That was after I got an e mail from Mr. Alia asking me, "Ah, what's the problem here?" Really? You don't see the problem? There's a recurring theme here and that is that FLC rips people off. How many of us are out there have been ripped off by them?

I believe everyone has their day and FLC's is coming soon. We'll see you in court and I'll get back more money than I've paid out to you. Sounds to me like the people you've ripped off aren't going to lay down and take it anymore. Anyone who has complaints, please post here and we'll band together to stop them.  We'll share info. on where to file your complaints, the state attorney general's office, the banking commission, etc. I'm confident the real lawyer I have now is more than capable of handing my foreclosure case and my case against you.

You know who this is, rich. I called your company and said I wanted a refund. They asked who I initially talked to, and I said rich. They told me to send an email to you, gave me the address, and so far I have sent two requests to you, asking for my $600.00 back. As usual, no response. I would imagine you probably threw it away before anyone saw it. I am told not to give my name, but you know who it is...just look at who your last victim was who lost their house to foreclosure, or are there so many , you really don't have a clue?
