The Luxury Vacations Mexico scam, managed to defraud my wife and I. Another company The Golf Network (CVM) scam people also. We only found this out months later once we were back home. Basically none of these timeshare businesses do what they promise... they lied and cheated us out of 12,000 Pounds... These are skilled rip off artists who make a living by lying to people on a daily basis. The Luxury Vacations Mexico scam operation is also working with The Golf Network (CVM) timeshare scam business, there are complaints all over the internet. I should have had investigated more, but now it is too late. I have read about Mexican law companies who might be able to help but I don´t know who to trust. After my Luxury Vacations Mexico scam experience, I don´t want to risk losing more money. What should I do?

The Golf Network by CVM

AUTHOR: The Golf Network by CVM, Management - ()

POSTED: Monday, October 28, 2013

At The Golf Network by CVM, we take our customers’ satisfaction seriously.  We are in constant contact with our clients, their home resorts, and with the sellers they initially did business with, in order to ensure that all expectations are met.  We have convenient ways for our clients to express their concerns to us, and we impose strict time frames in which our employees are to respond to any client dissatisfaction.

We also keep very careful records of all of our clients.  We have checked our database extensively and have not found any Jason Turn, nor do we have any clients located in London, Alabama.  If Mr. Turn is a client of ours, but registered under a different name, we ask him to contact us directly so that we may better assist him.

Coincidentally, a “Jason T” posted something similar on a different site, only this Jason is from Vancouver, Canada.  After checking our database, we can confirm that we do not have any Jason T from Vancouver as a client.  A third Jason Turn appears on another site, but complaining about a different branch of our company, Luxury Vacations Mexico, offering different services from the above complaint.

All three Jason’s have no other activity on these sites prior to their libelous posts, and all three profiles were created within days of each other.  None of the three profiles have the same location, yet all have similar complaints against us.  As of the date of the above complaint, The Golf Network by CVM was yet to have a complaint registered elsewhere online.  To us, this seems highly suspect.

We do not believe that Jason Turn or Jason T. are real people.  Days before Jason T. and Mr. Turn filed their complaints, we were approached by a company that claimed to offer “reputation cleaning services.”  As we continuously conduct our own investigation into our online reputation, and we saw nothing that required “cleaning,” and so we did not enlist their services.

As can be noted in the complaints issue to ripoffreport.com (here and here), these companies extort businesses by offering a service to “clean” their reputation.  If companies refuse, those same reputation companies then set out to smear once good reputations, in an effort to force the need for their services.  This is an old scam, and one that other companies refer to as “protection money.”  We refused service, and, as a consequence, less than a week later, Jason Turn posts the above complaint, Jason Turn posts another complaint of a different kind on a different site, and Jason T. posts yet a different complaint on yet a different site.  All three profiles were created days after we refused the services of a “reputation company,” and suddenly our reputation comes into question.

If the pattern of other reputation company scams is correct, we can expect more false allegations to surface, posted anonymously, in much the same way as Jason T and Jason Turn have done.

For instance, if Mr. Turn really is from Alabama, then why did he and his wife allegedly pay our company in “Pounds”?  As we are based in Mexico, we would have processed any payments from our clients in either Mexican Pesos or in U.S. Dollars.  Furthermore, we have never charged any client 12,000 pounds for any of our services, ever.  As far as we can tell, there is zero truth to these allegations.

We would ask that Jason Turn provide proof of these allegations, otherwise, we ask that this report be taken down.

Given our policy of client care, we stand ready to address any client registered with us on an individual basis.

Thank You.

Management of The Golf Network, by CVM.
