This report is a continuation with another prior contact with the same people as before when I filed a simular complaint.

It is so depressing to see the federal government being used by this type of deciete and Trickery . when I am started on a program called Typing at home when I got a pop-up on this website. I started investigating and found out it was Grant assisted.com, after talking to the salesperson for a few minutes.I started asking her questions about the program She was running. It seemed vaguely familiar.

I remember some of the sales pitch that they give, and he was following it verbatim. So we went further into our conversation, she said she noticed that I had been on her program for quite a while. In fact, she mentioned, I asked her did her records start with me in 2005.He said, and I copied her e-mail, and this is what it said:

"Dear Valued Customer, In reviewing our records we notice that you have recently requested to cancel our services. The Support Representative you spoke to cancelled your program at that time. We have recently revised some information on our site and would like to give you the oppertunity to review it at no additional cost, in fact, we are going to process a refund for all charges that we have made to your card!

Please feel free to use your login infomation previously provided to access the updated information. Please enjoy the new information and look for your refund in the next 10-14 business days! Thank you, Grant Help Management".

They take the money out of your account and you get nothing in return But lost revenue.This came also.

On 2007-02-22 at 10:05:39 you signed up from IP address 76.179.17.217 and on 2007-03-03 at 11:30:39 you signed up from the same IP address. An IP address is unique in that it can be traced back to your front door, so we
are curious about your claim that you did not place this order.

We have contacted your bank and asked them to review this request as potential fraud since you obviously subscribed and then told the bank that it was not you that signed up with TGA. If this was a fraudulent transaction as you are claiming we require a police report from your local police department that details the theft of your card. If this was not fraudulent please respond immediately so that we can cancel the inquiry with the your bank and local police department.

After some investigation we noticed that you have also attempted to login to the account, which is odd for someone who claims they did not sign up.We take fraud very seriously and will continue to pursue this matter witthe authorities until it has been resolved.
