The Grant Mentor ripoff, dishonest, continues to bill when have sent product back Nationwide

I joined grant mentor as part of a promotion to receive a free laptop. The add stated that you could join for 2 weeks for free and receive their product but if you did not wish to continue with the service, you could return the used product (a c.d.) and you would NEVER be charged (except for shipping and handling).

I joined, used the product but decided I did not want to keep it. When I called to cancel I was offered an additional 30 day FREE trial period. I agreed to stay on for an additional 30 days, so long as it was FREE (which of course, I was assured that it was).

Approximately 2 weeks later I called to cancel AFTER I had already returned their product. I spoke to a customer service representative named Chris who assured me that they had received the product that I had mailed back to them and that my order was canceled. I even have a cancellation number.

Two months later, I have been charged TWICE for this product that I don't even still have in my possession. I went to my bank to remove the first charge and they did so. Now I must make yet another trip to the bank and this time, thanks to your website, I know that I must let my bank know what this lying, manipulative company is up to so that I am not charged in the future.
