They took my money and did not delivery my order, numerous excuses as of why, until they ran out of excuses and stopped answering the phone, if you made a purchase with them I would recommend calling your credit card or bank and disputing the charge before it's too late!

We suspect you are confusing us with Grass4sale.com, who is prominent on ripoffreport.com with complaints of a similar manner. We have no record of your complaint in our office and ask that you please contact our Austin office immediately at 996-8100 or my personal cell phone at 964-8577. I can assure you that we have never received payment for grass that wasn't delivered as scheduled or avoided a customers phone call for any such reason. We pride ourselves on quality grass and great service and any complaints are taken seriously and resolved promptly. That being said, we currently have a competitor under investigation for fraudulent reviews and associated activities and are asking any such reviewer to provide documentation and information to back up such a claim.
