You thought you could get away with ripping me off and others who are in need of answers, not this time. Well, now it's time to pay the piper. You have run out of time on your shot clock and i'm about to

go 60-Min.'s ( CBS ) on you! Every heard of the program on Sunday, called 60-Minutes ? a guy Morely Safer will be calling you.

People are tired of being jerked around and we are feed-up with your so

called " We will help save your home", CON-game that is a joke... your mission

statement should read... "We will give you a BONE"! and not save your home.

I was lucky i happened to speak with an individual by the name of Joshua Apodaca, who's name was slandered over some angry clients he happened to represent. And for the record Joshua Apodaca does not work for TGG, he was trying to help folks that are in the same boat that most of us are in.... The problem what most people don't understand is that

w/ TGG there is such a mis-communication between negociating team and we will

call them associates / staff who are scripted to say what they are told.

Once your check has cleared ( $1595.00 ) they have you on the hook. And we are at their mercy. No way Chuck, i'm the wrong person to pick a bone with because i NEVER give up! They are in hopes you will just ride along w/ all the

others folks and think , "but hey i'm getting a good deal"... cause i don't have to

hire an attorney ( wrong ), or make any payments ( wrong ), or do anything at

all cause i gotz my hommies, ( TGG ) working my case with my servicers / lenders ( wrong )....... "Everything's gonna be-Alllrigght" ( B. Marley ) thx.

So lets send a message to 60-minutes on CBS everyone who fell victim to these guys and make them pay for our misfortune!

And hopefully The Guardian Group Fund will get what they deserve, because this is fraud anyway you slice it.

I am on the band wagon!!! I sent my check with reluctance $1595.00 to TGG Dec 10, 2009 and have only recieved ONE (1) so we are very clear, response back stating we are still working with the file on March 11, 2010. I have tried to contact this company since and have not even gotten the decency of a response.

The phone number to the CFO Bryan Prahoda 623-910-5551 goes to a full mail box that you can't even leave a message. Caroline 623-302-0485 is his assistant who also has a full mail box.

This was like a bad dream and I am tired of having bad dreams (being ripped off). I have had it!!!! I will be on the smear camaign everyday until someone calls me back and gives me an answer. We have been grieving enough with trying to modify our house loan.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
