She was a reckless driver, and eventhogh she hit me I treated her nice, they turn around and screw me. The law in Louisian is within 30 days and you dispute a traffic accident you go to court, when i requested to go to court they never responded back, over a year later Im still treating, they use my insurance to pay her when they should not have. State farm broke contract, and mission  statement, did not even allow me to use my own medical, which is a very scandalous act. They raised my insurance rates, and disrespected the veteran very bad.
