I received a invoice for good housekeeping which i had already paid for. I ordered the subscription Oct 22, 09. I received Dec 09, Jan 10 (2 of the 12 issues). In January i started receiving invoices that stated i owed $12 which i have already paid. They have discontinue sending the magazine and are requesting that i pay $12, that i already paid!

I sent a second e-mail to the company, and finally received an e-mail response back from them. They stated that "i do not need to pay the $12 and i will no longer be receiving the subscription". So i guess it was 1/2 resolved, but are they going to reimburse me for what i already paid them $12 since i only received 2 of 12 issues? No.
