I was told about the availability of this contract position by an attorney who was working for an employment placement firm. On my first day I was presented with the contract that Holloway cited in his response posting. I consulted the attorney who told me about the position and was told the contract was a mere formality and I should sign it as I would absolutely be
paid for the work I performed. Furthermore, I was advised that she had never seen a situation in which a firm refused to pay a lower-paid ($25/hr) contract worker for work that they actually performed. All of the work I performed was on the same MS Excel document. I was paid for about half of the hours I worked on this document, but confusingly, refused payment for the total of all the hours I worked on the same document. In my many years of employment since I graduated from university, I had never been denied payment for any work I performed until I met Steve Holloway.  In effect, I signed a contract with
Holloway stating that Holloway did not have to pay me if he didnt want to. It was a mistake on my part to sign the contract, but an honest mistake as I did it under advisement of an attorney. My signature on that document is the only reason I have not filed suit against Holloway for relief, and have resorted to this forum for posting my grievance in an attempt to prevent any others from making the mistake that I made. I am passing on my hard-learned lesson in the hope of perhaps saving other people the grief of dealing with this unscrupulous  person and being cheated.

Bobby White was an independent contractor working for a few months for Holloway Consulting in 2010. Mr. White's work involved the preparation of Excel data tables.

Our agreement (ICA) with Mr. White and all other independent contractors was and is that:

1. We will review their time sheets and invoices prior to billing our client(s) to determine their value, if any;
2. We do not guarantee that we will accept their invoices or that we will bill our client for their time;
3. Our agreements with our independent contractors require them to keep Holloway Consulting apprised of the quantity and quality of their work during the month;

Mr. White's work was deficient and his time was not billed to our client. Therefore, per the terms of our ICA, he did not and will not be paid.

We will not post any additional rebuttals here in the future.
