The International Library of Photography (internet site at www.picture.com)holds online contests. I sent in a photo and they replied that their Selection Committee had advanced my contest entry to the final competition. They also stated that my photo would be featured in a Beautiful Coffee-table Edition. Scheduled publication was for the Fall of 2003.
I paid the amount requested but never received the Edition of "Spirits in the Night". There is no e-mail to be found on their site when I tried to contact them. I sent a letter but got no reply. I would, after time, forget about it. After time went on I would remember and get angry all over again.
Up to this date, April 5, 2004, I still have not received anything.

Request forms from these two agencies to file complaints on International Library of Photography.
They are listed in Maryland, your state. I'm filing with my AG in Texas.
Maybe if everybody did this we could get this stopped and possibly have a class action lawsuit against them.
This has gone on way too long.People that has been scammed from other states should do the same thing. Thanks and I wish you the best on getting this resolved.

Sorry, but this is the same exact scam they run with their "International Library of Poetry," aka any other poetry con you can think of. They use the same tactics, etc and try to get you to buy their products, otherwise, you don't see your "Winning" anything.
