The Invention Channel - Natural Bra shipping and handling ripoff, faulty advertising, incorrect information, unethical marketing Ripoff Fairfield New Jersey

On October 30th, I ordered the "Natural Bra" from the Invention Channel after seeing it in an infomercial. I am usually very skeptical with offers like these but it seemed very simple.

After ordering online, I appeared on a screen where it showed my charged of $109.89. I ordered ONE bra, got ONE free which would logically add up to $29.99 and $6.98 for shipping and handling. Making my grand total $36.97.

After much confusion, I realized that when I hit the continue button, it kept adding on "great deals". I made multiple attempts the next couple of days to cancel my order but apparently it had already been sent to shipping.

On November 19, I made another call wondering where my package was so I could return it. The sales associate said that it should arrive by November 28. FINALLY on December 1st my package arrived with many more items then I had ordered.

I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service again but unfortunately, no one seems to be able to refund my money. This is a scam and I suggest you stay away from ordering the "Natural Bra" or any other of the Invention Channel's products.
