I worked for this company about a month or so again and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I only worked there a short time because I realized that what I had read about the company on these rip off reports was true and I shouldn't have wasted my time.

The owner, Rob, does seem like a very nice guy at first but he has a way of saying things that are supposed to be "inspirational" but makes the people that aren't selling much or have low numbers feel like crap. He gets mad at the people that are struggling because that means he isn't making as much money off of that person. If you sell a promotion that is $20, you make $7 off of it and Rob makes the rest. I think that is very wrong and makes it difficult to make ends meet with bills when you have a job like this.

The people that have described what a typical day is like on this job are absolutely correct. It is extremely long hours so be prepared for it, even on your "second round interview." Your second round interview is going out in the field with an account manager and walking around with them so if you really want to see what the job is like, take the second round because that's all it is is just walking around. Some of the account managers will try to glorify it and make the job sound like it's something great but it's not.

The "management trainee program" also sounds like something really special. They tell you that you can get through the program in a year or less and then you'll own your own company. Honestly, that's what got me to take the job. I figured that I could withstand doing the door to door sales for a year or less to eventually own my own company and make a ton of money, but businesses have failed by people that have been promoted to owners and it takes longer than a year to get through the program for most people and until then, even when you're an assistant manager, you're still out in the field a lot so it's not worth it. All the money you'll spend in gas alone will leave you broke.

There are a lot of nice people that work there and they do create a sense of unity between everyone with the morning meetings that are very upbeat but those are hours that you are there and not getting paid. That doesn't make sense to me that you're there two to three hours in the morning and at least an hour after doing door to door sales that you aren't getting paid.

All in all, there's more I could say but a lot of people have already read it so just read through the reports and see if this is something that you'd like to do. I doubt it will be.
