The Kings Game Greg C. Greenway and his office lady, Lily Did not honor their 60 days no question asked money back guarantee and kept my $97 California

I went on a 14 day trial for $7 for Greg Greenways The Kngs Game PUA material, made one of those common mistakes where I didnt use the product at all and actualyl rogot about it, then it went past the 14 day deadline and I got billed $97.

 

I figured that out pretty quick when I got an unexpected $97 charge in my back account, I rwote them right away and said "Help" and i got an email saying "As a courtesy I will refund your initial $7.00". for the trial...

 

Here is the email

thanks for your email, sorry to hear about your computer. Yes, when you signed up to conversation decoded you also signed up to Inner Circle for free for 14 days, after 14 days inner circle bills you $97 per month if you do not cancel it within 14 days. However you are free to cancel Inner circle whenever you like, I have set an automatic cancel for you on April 15th so you can use the Inner Circle for a few weeks and you won't be billed any further. [continued below]....
..... As a good will gesture I will refund your original $7 purchase of conversation decoded to your account today.

THanks, Lily! And you get to keep my $97 for a product I did not use, and after the email reply above, had the impression that I would never be charged for anthing after April 15th.

Becaiuse of the lame "heres is your $7 back reply, I already had decided never use their PUA work again, no matter what.  I wrote them several times trying to get that $97 back, but I never got a reply, and then, lo and behlold, the next month, April  i got another $97 charge!

When I had not even gottten an answer on the first $97 which was supposed to not have occurred!

Livid, of course, I called them this time finally got Lily on the line, and asked for my money back.  Lily said I can refund you the $97, but refused to refund the addional $97.

They essentially took two payments of $97, neither of which I authorized, and when I asked for a refund, only gave me one.  So they still owe me $97!

I wrote, I called, I begged, I threatedn to call every day until this was resolved (which I did for awhile, but you can only do so much when a company does not even pick up the phone most of the time) , when on the phone, I asked nicely, then I got upset because, in the end, this is what  I kept seeing over and over again on their really lame and limited website was this:

READ it, you will see what I mean.

It says 60 day money back satisfaction guaranteed no questions asked no matter what"!!

And this is after I was supposed to have used their material for up to 2 moths; but becuase I was already not satisfied with how i had been treated by them, I was determined to never look at any of Gregs stuff at all. 

Dnt you think a m60 day money back guaranteed no quesiotn asked posting on tha website mans that they intend to be a company of inegrity and that yhtye can be trusted?

 

Wrong!

They owe me $97, plain and simple, based on their guarantee

No small business like this can affrod negativity, and yet they decided to let this escalate to RipOff reports.  

I simply dont understand why they needed my $97 so bad as to not honor their own advertising, and risk a negative report.  

I guess they didnt think I would, but I did

 

In the end, its nto eht $97, its the pricnilke: If you are going to put a guarantee of any sort on your website and then not honor it, then you do not deserve to be in business.  

And so this is a warning: Stay Away from the Kings Game!

Essentially, they lied. They did not keep their guarantee at all; its as plain as day what it says...
