I was involved in a on the job vehicle accident where a uninsured vehicle ran a stop sign hitting my rt quarter panel sending me clockwise immediately following a second vehicle oncoming traffic hit me sending me the opposite direction. My injuries = fractured neck, broken ribs, collapsed lung, a huge contusion on my head from busting the side window out, shoulder, back & arm injuries from the seat belt and airbag that were neglected for PRIORITY injuries. All this happened in 2009.

He JUST settled my case a month ago 2013 having done nothing. I have a diagnosed TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) & chronic pain from the accident,  I have continuous medications I have to take for the rest of my life. I was still seeing a Psychologist & still require one but cannot afford this on my own. He left me with no continued maintenance as I really need & very first Dr stated. He said in his own words there was nothing he could do. He told this to my husband as well.

He never called me to let me know what was happening. I would call & get put off by his secretary when I was trying to find out information. Shewould always say " Ill get you some answers baby, Ill call you back'" but she never did either. In the 4 yrs that he was suppose to be my Attorney I talked to him maybe twice. They'd never know what I would ask of them telling me I had to send them the paperwork I was questioning. I could never figure where there paper work of mine was.

I am left taking very costly medications monthly.I have head & body injuries for the rest of my life I have to deal with all myself because he said "There was nothing he could do" BUTT "If I would of lived there he could of done something."

I would NEVER recommend him as a work comp attorney. He left me High & Dry
