The Law Office of Johnson Mark LLC Aaron Heaps Non stop harassment Draper, Utah

-I first must state that I do have a debt with Capital One Bank since I was irresponsible when I was 18 and have every intention of paying it when I have the money to do so. But if my memory serves me correctly I already paid Capital One over the course of 2008 when I was working-

I have been dealing with this company since 2009 when a judgement was filled against me. It has been non stop harassment train with them. Auto dialer and prerecorded messages everyday sometimes twice a day. I have been dealing with Mr. Heaps and his buddies since.

I have changed my number several times since then but last spring he got a hold of my home phone and the phone calls continued. Needless to say I have since shut off my home phone and I now just have my cell. I refuse to leave him messages and call from a blocked number. Even though when I have called he hasn't been in.

I was served yesterday stating that I am to come to the West Jordan Third Judicial District Court to  answer questions under oath concerning property and that notice is also given that I am not to sell,loan,give away, or otherwise dispose of my non-exempt property. This is the second time I have received this notice that I need to appear in court. The first was forgotten and I missed the court date -no warrant was issued for my arrest as stated that it could be a possibility.

I have tried telling them several times that I do not have a job, that I have not worked since 2008 due to personal issues. They were nothing but rude and continued to tell me that I wasn't being an adult and they 'couldn't understand why someone would refuse to pay their debt'.

I started receiving an income shortly after that and offered to make payments with a money order. I was told by a woman that in order to make payments with a money order it couldn't be less the $150 but if I wanted to give her my bank account information I could pay $50. Going with my gut I declined the offer and haven't bothered to pay them a cent.

I have done some research and read another persons complaint where they showed up for court but when they entered there was 60 other people there for the same reason. No judge was present and papers were handed out requesting financial information.

This company is nothing but a joke and unprofessional and I refuse to pay them until I get to the bottom of this. I still do not have a job and have continued to call Aaron Heaps. I have tried to speak with other representatives but was told that ONLY Aaron has access to my case. How can I be excused from this appearance if I cannot even get a hold of Mr. Heaps?
